A Bespoke Concierge Service For Your Property

Designed to offer piece of mind for holiday home owners in Morzine and the surrounding area, The R&S Alpine Assistant provides reassurance that your property is being cared for when you're not here. Our aim is to provide a portal through which you can manage your property, your comings & goings or any family/ friends that use your property and any additional services you may require during your valuable holiday time in Morzine, making your stays as relaxing as possible.





Soft Furnishings



We use a simple app (available on iPhone or android smart phones) through which you can instruct us of your requirements and we can keep you updated on progress and completion of any tasks.

No task is too large or too small for our services; from arranging airport transfers & lift passes, change over cleaning, right through to making dinner reservations. We have even been requested by one client to find a 1.5m bronze animal sculpture for a surprise birthday present (and I’m pleased to say we were successful!)

We have structured two arrangements for the service, giving you the option to choose which works best for you:

Option 1: Our time is invoiced at an hourly rate and billed monthly.

Option 2: A monthly fee of is charged to include up to a specified number of hours of work. This option is based on a 12 month commitment.

For both options the cost of services arranged by R&S Alpine Assistant are charged in addition to our fee.
